Murphy’s Waves to feature on Discovery Channel

The Discovery Channel’s popular series “Mega Builders” has been taking a keen interest in Murphy’s Waves latest surf pool project currently under construction at Siam Park in Tenerife.

The series, produced by Barna-Alper Productions, will showcase the world’s top engineers and their teams, as they attempt to complete some of the most enormous and challenging construction projects currently underway around the globe.

Claire Bickley, Associate Producer of Mega Builders explained: “We see Murphy’s Waves record-setting wave as the element that puts the "mega" into this project and very much want to make it the star of the show. The project presents us with great visuals and a process that is both interesting and immensely challenging”

Filming for the one hour special is well underway and is due to hit TV screens in Autumn 2007.
